Thanks Deb! We all need to be reminded to think of others, especially when our days are hectic. I took a meal to a neighbor whose wife had a stroke. He was very appreciative. I am off tomorrow to take a meal to another couple where the wife is ill. This is not the time of year anyone wants to be ill and unable to fix a meal. Patty
I know that this is a happy time of year and most of you are making plans for a beautiful Christmas day with family, gifts and a wonderful meal to share. God has placed a burden on my heart for all the less fortunate people this year. I have wrestled with this all day, so I must obey God and ask that all of you take time to think of someone else. If you know someone who is alone, pay them a little visit or better still, take them a plate. It does not take long to brighten someone's day. We all have left-overs, so all it costs is a little of our time. If you can't get out, just ask God to take care of those who have nothing. He still works miracles just like He did in Bible days. Well I have done what I had to do. I wish all of you a Merry Christmas. It was not my intent to bring your spirits down, but to remind you to keep your minds open. Maybe God will whisper something in your ear that He wants you to do. Open yourself and let God show you what to do. I love you all, Deb
