Hello to all:We went to Cookeville last Sunday to visit Clint and Tara for Clint's 21th birthday. We all went out to eat at a Chinese restaurant, it was fun, but Cody had his treatment on the Thursday before, so he did not feel great and he did not eat very much, and when we got back to Clint and Tara's apartment he slept until time to go home. Seems like each treatment gets harder for him to tolerate, but when it is time for his oral chemo it seems to help him perk up a little, just in time for another treatment, no win I guess.
We have enjoyed the cooler weather, Cody enjoys being outside every chance he gets. He is already talking about deer hunting, I wish he could get to do that. On Labor day, Gerry had him out and they rode the 4-wheeler and Cody watched as Gerry shot the crossbow, he did like that.
Cody will have treatment #14 this Thursday, please pray that he will tolerate it better than before and bounce back a lot quicker.
I will update again soon......... Pat
