As usual, we have gone quite some time between posts. We have been blessed with busy schedules and healthy children. Since our last post, we have celebrated Easter, spent a few relaxing and fun days at the beach over spring break, had visits from the tooth fairy, marked the third anniversary since Ella's diagnosis, had a Fiesta for Ella's 8th birthday, watched Ella dance at church, had a visit from Grandma, witnessed Ella's first communion, and tried to live life to it's fullest. School will wrap-up in a few weeks, and we're all looking forward to summer.
Often when I lay with Ella before she goes to bed, I am overcome with gratitude that I can be near her and do a simple thing such as put my hand on her arm or leg. God has been so good to us. We hope his blessings are overflowing in your lives as well.
