One of my best friends (we were in diapers together, as our parents also grew up together).. He’s a cosmetic surgeon in the tri-cities area… saw some patients yesterday morning ,then went home to lunch (he took over the family farm a few years ago - 150 acres of rolling land… he remodeled the farmhouse, built a new barn.. He went to the barn, called "911" and told them what he was about to do, so his 78 year old father wouldn’t find him.. and then he shot and killed himself. He has two teenage kids… 2 ailing parents in their 70’s.. a sister.. .wife.. a successful dental practice with a staff of 6… patients.. There is no understanding or comprehension as to "why"..
His name was Bart Ford (Dr. Bartley Ford, professionally).. his parents are Bobbie and Elaine Ford. His wife is Dorma and his kids are Will and Julia.
